On the eve of a run of eastern and central Canadian tour dates supporting the legendary Bruce Cockburn, Terra Lightfoot announced today that she will be making her Australian debut in November with a two-week double-header tour that sees her team up with acclaimed Australian songwriter William Crighton.

The shows will feature new music from both — Lightfoot pulling from her fantastic third studio album New Mistakes (out Oct 2017), and Crighton drawing from his anticipated second album (due in 2018). Lightfoot and her band will also be playing a handful of additional dates along the way.

A soulful rocker and lion-hearted singer-songwriter, Lightfoot has already found a following in countries such as France, Germany and the UK and looks forward to playing for Australian fans as part of an expansive raft of international dates that will be announced in the coming weeks and months.

“A roots rocker with a powerful voice and a bad-ass Gibson SG that she plays with consummate ease… she could be your new rock ‘n’ roll hero. Drawing from rock, soul and blues, [Terra Lightfoot] is a monster talent that will be gracing the world’s largest festival stages in no time.” – Pop Matters

"Crighton breathes fresh and strikingly vivid life into the umbrous bush of traditional Australian balladry." - Rolling Stone
